Overall it's passable. But need to improve on the water heater pressure and water heater leakage.

Liked I like the number of beds and mattresses provided. It's easy to collect the keys. It's safe with gated and guarded security. The owner is quick to respond.

Disliked Water heater from the top floor bathroom has water leaking from it. And water pressure is low on the top floor bathroom. The electrical appliances for example electric kettle, cable too short. Breakfast location is nearby but not walking distance, need to have car to reach breakfast location.
