Liked Comfortable places. Clean n got hot water. Astro and nexflix.
Disliked Need to provide atleast few pkt coffee 2in1 or teabag with sugar sachet. 2/3pcs only will be ok than nothing. With the cold wheather customer will need hot drink while staying but nothing provided.
Liked 1) Host and Service The host was responsive and very helpful. Although he sounded quite busy, he still provided prompt service and clear, helpful answers whenever I called. 2) Property - The property looks exactly like the photos. It’s comfortable and perfect for family or friends. - Balcony: Loved the balcony – it had two comfy chairs and a lovely table. - Sofa: Suitable for three people, but we used the dining chairs instead, which were great for six. - TV: Comes with Netflix and is easy to use. - Kithcen - good and sufficient for short stay. They have glasses but for coffee best to provide mugs. - Parking: Convenient and well-lit, with very clear instructions on how to access it.
Disliked Minor Areas for Improvement The water heaters in both bathrooms were a bit unstable and needed to be reset. Not sure if instructions were provided by the host, but during cold weather, it’s important to have stable hot water. Luckily, a quick reset fixed the issue and everything worked fine afterward.
Liked Location was great. Easy access to most tourist attractions.
Disliked Property is filled with moulds on walls , ceilings and amenities causes family to have difficulties in breathing especially when my husband who is heart patient which is bad. This is health hazard.
Liked The pillows smelled bad and there were lots of small insects in the bathroom; as for the kitchen, you'd find cockroaches running around.
Liked very friendly and responsive host.. a great experience that for sure will continue to book this place..
