Enjoyable Stay at Sentral Suites

Liked Accommodation and location are superb. We stayed three days, no cleaning is done. Staff are excellent. Worth the money.

Disliked There should be a cleaning system especially the bathrooms.

Liked Had a wonderful stay at Sentral Suites KL Sentral. The property is modern, clean and very well maintained. One of the features I appreciated most was the excellent security system. Access to the building, lifts and facilities is controlled through a key card, making the entire complex feel very safe and secure for guests and families. The location is another major advantage. Being close to KL Sentral makes travelling around Kuala Lumpur extremely convenient. Little India (Brickfields) is just a short walk away and offers a vibrant atmosphere with authentic Indian restaurants, grocery stores, sweet shops and cultural attractions, making it especially comfortable for Indian travellers. The facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were excellent, and the views from the property were impressive. Overall, Sentral Suites offers a perfect combination of comfort, security and connectivity. Highly recommended for both short and long stays in Kuala Lumpur.

Disliked The only drawback was the absence of a microwave oven in the apartment. For guests staying multiple days or those who prefer reheating takeaway food, a microwave would be a very useful addition.

Liked Close to the central station, what makes convenient for travellers. Nice pool area. The employee also waited a bit longer for us as we were coming from the airport outside the building to give keys.

Disliked Pool is a bit cold. Shower for me was cold , it was only a bit warm. The area close to the central station itself not very nice.

Liked Great, spacious apartment in a large tower of apartments. Large pool and playground. Great view.

Good place for short stay with toddlers.

Liked Pros: 2 access card, reserved car park, wash+dryer machine, both rooms with air conditioning + fan, good water pressure + hot water in bathroom.Toilets with bidet.Big dining table and sofa. 2 big rooms. Cutlery set and electric kettle in kitchen. Extra bin bag and toilet rolls. Great location- walking distance to public transportation hub(KL SENTRAL). Iron+ iron board + hair dryer was available. A lot eateries nearby. Fast WhatsApp reply from staff.

Disliked Cons: for late check- in key collection was @ different location(not walkable distance).Which caused great inconvenience after my 9 hours travel with 2 kids and 5 luggages from KLIA. Nothing was mentioned about it in booking.com prior to booking/ payment .There was no broom ,those with hair fall problem and kids just beware. No microwave .

Feels like home

Liked Very clean and very convenient to the city link . Nearby have so many varieties foods.

Disliked It would be very good is there is counter to welcome us and pass the access key .
