Below expectations

Liked Great Customer service. Near to convenient stores & food outlets.

Disliked Door very hard to open or close. No door sign. No slippers to wear. Sink water very low pressure. Toilet bowl water yellowish-flush many times still yellowish. Bathroom smelly. Sink about to break off. Small room & bathroom. Tv only 1channel. 3rd floor breakfast-bread self service, coffee self service, after finish need to wash, small area for dining-luckily outside hotel got many dining options

Liked The location, the shops around the hotels just walking distance. I just park behind the hotel👍

Disliked The iron has to be taken from housekeeping and the iron looks 'old'

Liked I like where the hotel located. Lots of restaurant and shops available. Lots of good food and best spots to hangout with friends. Have watson and guardian like 3min of walking distance. Tv do provide netflix etc.

Disliked At first the hotel was ok until there's a problem with the air-conditioning.. the management asked us to change the hotel to a different hotel like 2-4min walk. Unfortunately, the next room we got are very smelly and dusty. We asked the housekeeping to change the bedsheet etc but the smell still remained.
