Seaview Urban suites Georgetown @Penang

This apartment was very dirty full of cockroaches toilet dirty...kitchen was terrible mess and dirt.

Disliked Full of cockroaches dirty terrible dusty...not worth it for the price I paid. Call and text no one reply. Deposit till now haven't refund. Disappointed 😡😡😡

OK base for exploring Penang - if you have a vehicle.

Liked Very nice view. Unit was basic, but as described.

Disliked Needed minor maintenance. We didn't have as much trouble with elevators as others have reported, but there was a short wait occasionally at busy times.

Not clean (dead cockroach) but you get living space

Liked This unit gives you the space as it has 3 bedrooms. Also, owner sounds like a nice person.

Disliked Not clean. Was trying to close one eye when I found fake eyelashes all over the apartment. Literally on the curtains, mirror and floor. But only on my last day, I found a dead cockroach ,big one, under the living room sofa ! Which mean, their team didn't clean the house thoroughly. I also found sharp pin on the floor,Not to forget ants colony near the sink .

Liked Location was inconvenient and far from main areas. The room was clean and comfortable

Liked In the middle of the town !! The view also stunning

Liked Location strategic and parking was good.

Disliked Beds could be more comfy.
