a very good beginning ended with a terrible experience

Liked unit floor 29 dapat seaview yang cantik balkoni yang luas unit pon luas lengkap dengan segala perkakasan

Disliked ada miscomunication after saya check out, pihak management seakan menuduh saya dengan sengaja menghilang 4 towel sedangkan yang di provide hanya dua..tapi management still insist mereka sediakan 6 towel dan tiada pula pihak homestay declare di mana2 bahawa mereka menyediakan 6 towel, respon dari pihak homestay untuk masalah yang berlaku jugak agak lambat..

Liked Apartment yg sgt2 Selesa. Fasiliti perfect.. Complete. Sgt2 rekemen.10/10.

Just ordinary unit, not attractive

Disliked This is my second stay at mansion.. The first visit was comfortable compare to this time. The equipment/ furnitures seems old and not asthetic. The enviroment in the house is just ordinary, not feel warm/welcoming for vacation. With the price, can get better place with better facility. Not able to enter the parking lot using the card provided and no security guard available there. So we need to wait for the security to come and reset the card.

A very good place to stay

Liked Overall is good place to check in, but if got beverage amenities there will be your place is 5 *. but anyway your place is good and convenience. Maybe after this if i came to penang i will check in here no doubt.
