Liked The View was Marvellous and the location is walking distance to Mall & Jesselton Ferry Terminal

Disliked Only 1 key card was provided. Should have 2 instead because this is a 2 bedroom apartment which fits 4-5pax. When 1-2 leave using the keycard, the others would be very difficult to go anywhere as each time U enter the lift, U need to tap the keycard to enter the floor.

Liked Easy access to town and jetty to go for island hopping ( can just walk from homestay and go to jetty) Seaview is very calm and healing

Disliked 1. Very difficult to contact the host. 2. To get the key, you have to use elevator to 32nd floor. And you need to bring all you luggage with you just to get the key. If you bring your kids just imagine how you have to handle with all the luggage 3. You need to check out at 11 am.While the check in time is at 3pm 4. You have to throw the rubbish, which I do not mind to do it. But no extra trash bag provided

Liked The location was great. Right next to the Jetty and the mall. Only problem was the noise from the nearby busy road, but it was okay as long as there weren’t sirens from emergency services at night.

Disliked The mattress was soiled with either urine or faces and the management said they would give us a partial refund for the inconvenience. They then failed to give us a refund and said we could only have one if we give them a 5 star review and do not leave a comment. Escalated with booking.com. Had other issues such as the TV not working (which they did fix) and no working bulbs in the bedside lamps (which they did not fix)
