Poor Building Condition
Liked The unit was good. Clean and tidy.
Disliked Unfortunately, our experience was affected by several maintenance and management issues. The building appeared to be inadequately maintained. Only 2 of the 5 elevators were operational, despite serving a residential tower with more than 40 floors. Consequently, we were required to use the stairs to access our unit on the 17th floor, which was highly inconvenient. In addition, we encountered difficulties accessing the car park after midnight on 1 June. There was no available support contact, and our attempts to reach the property agent were unsuccessful as our calls went unanswered. We ultimately had to use our own Touch 'n Go card to gain entry to the building. While the unit itself may have met expectations, the lack of proper maintenance, building management support, and accessibility arrangements significantly impacted our overall stay. We hope these issues will be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
