Liked The location is good, near the Butterworth Penang Ferry Station. The hotel is okay for the budget
Disliked The room style was not good, and the room itself was small. No towels were provided, and the hotel needs to improve its facilities as well as work on the hospitality standards required for a hotel of this level.
