Liked Nice view of KLCC, though unfortunately it is covered in the ongoing haze in Malaysia currently.
Disliked Just some feedback from what I noticed when I was in one of the four main lifts: The info panel sticker sheet (showing what room or facility is on which floor) in that one particular lift has been vandalised. Forgot the lift number but better look into it and get it sorted out.
Liked Close to eatery and KLCC.
Disliked No daily makeup for the room.

Disliked Staff were unfriendly and not very informative and offered no assistance with local attractions. The staff never explained the property.
Liked Great suites with an outstanding view, very spacious and convenient located in the heart of KLCC. The rooftop swimming pool was extraordinary.
Disliked We were family of 5 so we booked 2 suites and unfortunately we weren t in the same floor even if we requested it and also the hotel provided only 1 key per suite which made our shift from floor to floor impossible.
