Liked Had a great stay here in Scarletz, the staff was welcoming with a smile, the room and deco feels really comfortable. Not to forget the sky swimming pool and view was stunning. Location wise also good, just a few mins away from twin towers. Will definitely come back if I come KL again!

Horrible, dirty and no help at all!

Disliked initially booked a stay at Scarletz Suites with the expectation of receiving the high level of service and professionalism that your brand represents. However, my experience was marred by significant issues related to the conduct of the suite owner. Specifically: • Unclear and misleading information regarding the booking and policies. The owner provided inconsistent and vague responses regarding key details, causing unnecessary confusion. • Unprofessional communication. When concerns were raised, the owner’s replies were dismissive and lacked the professionalism expected from a host affiliated with a well-regarded property such as Scarletz Suites. • Failure to provide proper guest support. Instead of addressing the concerns in a reasonable and professional manner, the owner’s responses were defensive and unhelpful, exacerbating the situation. This experience has raised serious concerns about how individual suite owners conduct their business within Scarletz Suites. While I understand that units may be privately owned, the behavior of any owner directly affects the reputation of your establishment. If such practices continue unchecked, they could lead to negative guest experiences and impact the overall perception of Scarletz Suites.
