Disliked Didn’t recive any help from receptionist and also contact number out of servis we couldn’t find a way to connect to wifi also bedsheet and towels was dirty

Liked The apt was spacious with 2 queen beds. Suit for family of 4. The shower water pressure so good. The view very nice of kl city view. Convinient to klcc and cheaper by grab car. Lobby got mini mart convinience for guests.

Disliked All good. Just lift quite slow might be peak seasons with labour day off.

Liked The room was nice

Disliked The lifts were rediculous, long waits, must use key or u end up on other floors and stuck! Reception not very helpful. Swimming pool cold and busy. Cannot use pool after check out unlike any hotel ive stayed.

Overall it was not a good experience

Liked The property is conveniently located near the Petronas Towers, offers a decent room size, and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants.

Disliked The room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The washroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Despite requesting it, the Wi-Fi password was not provided. Additionally, the TV, iron, and hair dryer were not working. The wait time for the lift was also very time-consuming.

a good appartment but in a not so great building

Disliked the elevators where a nightmare. Only 3 available for the entire building leading to to much traffic and wait. The lobby is so crowded also
