Liked It was pleasant enough for a 2 night stay. Clean and well maintained.
Disliked The lift service was exceptional slow and with such a busy hotel, maybe should have some more installed. Also the rooftop pool was very crowded and very limited places to sit. The wine bar was never open.

Disliked Cancelled my reservation at the last minute and left me stranded. Instead of offering a proper solution, the staff/customer service was rude, dismissive, and literally argued with me. Absolutely zero customer care. Please avoid this host and look for other options on the platform.
