Liked Great location, very close the the Petronas Towers, 15 minute walk, and very easy to get to other tourists locations.

Disliked The pool was very crowded and didn't hackve enough places to leave dry clothes or shoe's, maybe the addition of some hooks and shelves around the edge would be useful.

Disliked Asked for non smoking but room was filled with smoke also asked for rooms to be on the same floor but we're not. Staff needs training in customer service.

Liked What I liked about this hotel was that the price was reasonable and affordable.The view was also quite nice. While it was not anything extraordinary, it was still pleasant enough and added to the overall stay.

Disliked First, the hot water in the shower was not working properly, as the water was not hot. There was no Netflix service provided in the room, and guests had to use their own subscription account. the lift service was quite problem, especially during checkout time at 11AM .. waiting time could be as long as 30 minutes, which caused inconvenience and delayed the checkout process. Lastly, I was disappointed with the service at the checkin and checkout counter. The staff were not friendly, seemed to show an unfriendly expression, and did not treat me well even though I was a paying customer.

Great place to stay but don't expect good service.

Liked The apartment and facilities. The swimming pool.. Location good.

Disliked Could not lock the door. . Problem not solved although reported on day 2 Was not clear that if you pay the security deposit by debit card, the refund is then organized by the agent. I mislaid the deposit receipt but have proof of payment from my bank.
