Disliked *main door is spoilt. Can't use the access card given. Need to open door using key which is located below the flat surface of the sensor. The keyhole is not even visible from the front view. This unit is at #13-10. The host should have the initiative to inform me of this defect even before I emailed to ask. I have wasted my time figuring out how to open it. * Toilet is smelly. Luckily, I brought my mini parfume spray so that I could spray it before using the toilet, and the toilet door knob was spoilt, too. I need to figure out how to open it. I have to push the knob upwards in order to open it. *Host didn't reply to my email till now when I wrote this review, when I asked regarding carpark and also returning of the key. The mailbox lock is also spoilt. It's hard to open even though a password is given. I have to get help from a security officer to open it. Upon check-out, the host still didn't reply to me even though I sent an email on the night before asking about it. I can't open the mailbox with the password given for check-in. The security officer was not around to help. I asked the hotel staff, but they told me to email the host as the unit is not under their charge. Since there was no reply from the host, I decided to just insert the key and the spoilt access card in the tiny opening of the mailbox. The plastic container that comes together to contain the key and access card, I can't insert it in. So I have to leave it somewhere at the top of the main mailbox. *I do not take any pictures of the unit. Why should I? Bad experience.
