Liked For an airport hotel it was pretty good. Staff were extremely helpful as I had some injuries and was on crutches.

Liked We stayed at the one inside customs/immigration for a 6-hour layover. Perfectly adequate for a stay, there is food in the lounge and with a priority card, it is free. The hotel is relatively quiet considering that there are people likely going in and out at all hours of the day. Friendly service and decent rooms. It isn't anything to write home about, but works well when you have a layover at KL.

Liked Very convenient if you have a late night or early morning flight from Terminal One. Not good if you are flying into or out of terminal two because the transfer between terminals is substantial.

Liked Large room, staff was very accommodating when assisting us to extend our stay due to a delay with our airline. View on the tarmac was nice. Great shower pressure.
