Liked Near city centre and free parking.

Disliked the place is abit run down and you can tell that it has been there for a while and nothing much was done to touch up the place. Felt that the place is abit old, worn out and wasnt really clean as there were hairs around the bed, around the sofa and also the furnitures and fittings looking worn out.

Liked Semua kemudahan disediakan seperti peti ais,mesin basuh. Untuk ke Imago pun tidak terlalu jauh, hanya berjalan kaki dengan menggunakan jejantas pun boleh sekiranya malas untuk menghadap kesesakan lalulintas dan parking yang sentiasa penuh di Imago.

Disliked Lot parking di kawasan sutera avenue agak mengelirukan bagi yang pertama kali masuk ke kawasan parking.

Liked The building ground floor is very strategic and convenient! Got Orange convenient store right there, and also plenty of food and drinks options — Chagee for your drinks craving, while for food got Kopi Ping Cafe, Mr Bao (do take note non-halal) and Chunk and Dunk. Everything is just downstairs, so no need to go far far just to tapao or grab a quick bite. Really very convenient.

Disliked The apartment wasn't very clean upon arrival—dust was noticeable in several corners of the space. The bathroom drain was clogged, though the host resolved this promptly once we reported it. Additionally, the mattress was too soft for our comfort. The facilities could use an upgrade, as they didn't seem well maintained—for example, the lift wasn't air-conditioned.

Liked The assistance is very responsive. They gave clear instructions prior to checkin. Clean and comfortable room. Wifi, extra single mattress, hairdryer and cloth iron provided in the unit. Closed to city (5-10mins drive to cp). Walking distance to imago and kk timesquare via overpass.

Disliked Unable to use the microwave to reheat food. Please provide at least some hangers. Build up mold in the shower. Bathroom have 2 doors. Had to lock and unlock both doors when used. The towels is quite thin.
