Location is great

Excellent location and good dining options

Liked Great food and coffee and reasonably priced. Cafe was quiet and not crowded. Airconditioning was just right. The 15% discount for inhouse guests was a pleasant surprise. Do continue to encourage more dining by guests.

Disliked The front of hotel could be more welcoming and presentable with some hardy plants. Perhaps also wash or clean the floor periodically.

Only stayed for 8 hours due to late check in and early check out. Wished we could have stayed longer

Liked Convenient location with many eateries surrounding the area

Liked Quite a large room and very comfortable bed. Great location as it is only 5 minutes from the airport and the hotel is surrounded by so many eateries and food halls , convinience stores and pubs.

RUME is a good place to stay during CNY visit. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

Liked The location was very good for me as it is nearby my family's house in Stampin. Parking during CNY was easy, for when my family picked me up. Response for amenities request always met quickly.

Disliked The shower pressure was weak - this was a major disappointment. The windows behind the curtains are also quite dirty.

Liked The stunning entrance and elegant design of the hotel creates a memorable first impression that truly reflects the high standards of your establishment. Beside that, the lightning throughout the corridor was aesthetically pleasing that added a sense of comfort and security. I look forward to visiting Rune hotel again in the near future.
