Disliked hot weather and sudden inclement weather on the last day.
Liked The property is strategically located within the city with easy accessibility to most areas within 15-20mins. Overall facilities provided were sufficient.
Disliked 1. Staff Joey was very much kind provided us with warm welcome at first. However, when we highlighted issues to address, it was a total 360 changed with no intention to help resolving nor giving even a prompt response. 2. There were loud noises (in the middle of the night around 12am - 3am ish) due to the location of that area with bars and clubs. We checked in with a family of 10 pax and all of us were unable to sleep in peacefully the whole night. Highlighted the issue to Joey at 830am in the morning addressing the situation asking for possible solution of this can be addressed to the local authority for sound pollution past mid night and also checked on possibility to check out a day earlier as the whole fam couldn’t bear another night without any sleep (note that we have 3 elderly and pregnant lady) but our message got blue ticked until almost 1pm with no solution and at the end informed us that it will have to follow booking.com policy. Multiple calls were made beforehand for discussions but all got ignored. 3. Also, level 1 area is a lil shabby at the toilet area and 3 family members staying downstairs heard furniture moving sound from next door at around 3ish in the morning. 4. We were forced to move out and check in to another last minute booked property due to the reasons with additional night pay. 5. Joey then responded that they were also staying at the adjacent house but did not hear anything making it sounds like the guest made up a story just to check out last minute asking for refund. But I’ve checked through all reviews of the property and this was indeed an issue that was highlighted by individual booker. Probably not all book the whole property with all 7 bedrooms which consolidated issues from all areas.
Liked The home is cosy and welcoming. Excellent for big family and groups. The location is superb. Joey, the lady who attended to us was awesome, thank you.
Disliked Would be great if there were more chairs for big families. All else is great.
