Great unit

Liked Fit for family of 4/5 or family with 3 small kids. Everything was complete. Iron, tv, aircond, water heater, mattress, mini fridge, hair dryer all complete and well functioning. Got 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Towels provided. Self check in and check out. Park your car in front of the door of your room. Eateries nearby. U can just walk to eat. 24hours dobi also nearest. Will book this unit again if coming to Terengganu bcoz i dont like to stay in Terengganu town, too crowded.

Disliked Pls change the door. I am afraid i will cause the door damage. And it will be great if wall fan is added bcoz the aircond takes time to cool the room.

Comfortable stay with complete facilities

Liked The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a water heater, towels, and prayer garments. The location was also very convenient and close to my destination, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

Disliked The iron was unusable due to burn marks left by the previous guest. This was particularly disappointing because I had specifically requested an iron before my stay, even though it was already listed as one of the property's facilities. I kindly suggest that the host check and ensure all facilities are in good working condition before new guests check in. Thank you.

Disliked Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at Rumah Rehat QNM Holidays, booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was far below the standard advertised and did not match the images or positive reviews presented on Booking.com. While the room initially appeared ordinary, its overall cleanliness, maintenance, and amenities were highly disappointing and unacceptable for the price paid. Cleanliness: The area beneath the bed was dusty and covered in cobwebs, clearly indicating that it had not been cleaned for a long period. Doors: The front door was damaged with a faulty lock and extremely difficult to open or close due to it scraping against the floor. The bathroom door was also worn out and in poor condition, making it inconvenient to use. Internet Connection: The Wi-Fi connection was unstable and very slow, even after switching to another server, which caused significant inconvenience during the stay. Ceiling: The ceiling was stained and discolored due to water leakage and dampness, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic environment. Overall, the actual condition of the room was completely
