Disappointing

Very good

Liked Overall satisified with the property. It is Clean, come with fridge, aircond, a water heater. A melaka house design.

Disliked 1. Arrangement to access to property need to smoothly communicated to the guest. 2. There is a stair to the front door and kitchen. Old folks / disabled people may need to think of this. 3. The airconditioner at the living area is better placed at the center instead of at the end of the living area, nearer to the kitchen.
