Liked The person at reception counter can’t speak malay properly. The service is ok not so bad. The facilities also good but not provide shampoo only hand soap???

Hotel.com didn't do your job !

Liked Basic amenities. But Hotel.com didn't forward my booking total all 7 nights to the hotel and I had to email them my confirmation instead. It's really bad service on the part of Hotel.com.

Liked Very run down, bad front desk service, room is not equipped properly. Short of pillows and blanket. Shower without hot water and toilet bowl clogged.
