Very friendly staff, great location

Liked Great location right next to many of the sights including A'famosa, Jonker Street and the canal. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff team. Sometimes little snacks were available which our children loved and the breakfast was good. Great to have recycling available and a water refill to reduce waste. Pool was lovely in the heat and the communal area was also a very pleasant space. Laundry 2 minute walk was great for our family too.

Disliked Squad Room 5 is on the small side so maybe request a different one if you can! 4 was much more spacious :)

Disliked Upper beds in dormitory are extremely close to the roof, you can't even bind the knees. Apart from that, everything was perfect
