Disliked I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. I booked a stay here, but when it was time for check-in, I tried calling and messaging the owner multiple times, but received no response. I then contacted the customer service team, and they also tried to contact the owner but received no response. The CS team later sent me an email stating that the refund would be processed once the owner responded to their email. However, until today, there has been no response from the owner and no refund. I have also emailed the CS team several times regarding the refund, but my emails have been completely ignored. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected better communication and support, especially when I was unable to check in due to the owner's lack of response.

Disliked I’ve booked this appointment for one night 19-20 July 2026 so I paid Rm 188 but they didn’t sent me the door key password and he did not answer the phone.it’s really bad and I had to rebook another appointment for my stay.It not happened only me there was another foreigner he booked for 51 days same phone number same scam.Booking.com should be take a action for them
Liked The location was reasonably convenient and the check-in process was straightforward.
Disliked The apartment was not clean on arrival and had a strong unpleasant smell throughout the unit. There were bugs/insects crawling on the floor, which was very concerning. The air conditioning did not cool the apartment properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in. The internet was also not working as advertised. I attempted to contact the host multiple times regarding these issues but received no response. Overall, the condition of the property did not match the standard advertised and significantly affected my stay
