Disliked The room was booked and I was waiting in the lobby for the property agent to hand me the room key but he didn't even turn up. Absolutely fuming !
Liked Nothing. We booked monthd earlier and payment was taken. We arrived from overseas and had nit received check in details. We spent hours trying to contact the property but got no answer. We were left stranded with no accommodation for a family with kids. No answer to email, call, whatsapp or anything. Booking.com had to intevene and found out the property couldnt accommodate us for 'no specifoc reaspn given'. Terrible!! Do not book this accommodation!
Disliked I didnt like having a booking taken, confirmed and my money also taken months in advance then be left stranded with no resppnse from the owner. We paid twice as much for another place so we had somewhere to stay that night. Again, do not book this accommodation!!! We never received any apology or explanation. It is simply terrible
Liked This property are scammers. I don’t even stay there and I already fully-paid my staying in this property for 3 days but after I arrived there. The contact number of this property are no longer available or even cannot reach their number. I was really disappointed and they don’t even refund my money even I don’t stay there. I would not recommend this because they are responding for the guest inquiry.

Liked Its convenient to all kinds of transpo like buses and train.especially food its just around the corner.the bed is so comfortable.room is huge for a solo traveler...the room has full of kitchen utensils if you want to cook.amazing place to stay...theres a small gym beside the pool area but since im not a gym lover😊😊😊 i didnt go inside to check...but can see when you are in a pool.
Liked It is in a good location just around the corner from Jan Alor Night Markets. It has a balcony and a washing machine which works. The pool and gym are good. The hosts helped us promptly when we had an issue with the TV.
Disliked When collecting the key from the lockbox make sure you have your phone torch/glasses - the numbers are hard to read. The apartment needs some love and attention but it is very affordable so it is understandable. We tried to use the dryer function on the washing machie but it didn't seem to work and the machine got so hot we stopped! It was fine as there is a balcony where you can dry clothes.
