Liked So easy to collect the key in lock box and Good services, hotel very clean

Disliked nothing, hotel is clean and good services

Good choice for families and for people with their own transport, but it wasn't what I wanted

Liked It was fine, and great for people coming for a family holiday. It was great to have a washing machine. The kitchen is also well-equipped. The owner responded quickly with detailed information.

Disliked For people without transport, the location is not so good. On a personal level, I do not like that complex-living style. Unfortunately we thought it was a normal hotel and only realised after booking that it was a complex.

Nice stay, clean facility, nice city view

Liked Location a bit away from the city, but still accessible by car/grab/taxi.

Disliked Coming in/going out can be a hassle as you only get one key and you need it to enter/go out. I understand it's for security purpose but nevertheless a bit pain in the ass needing to bring the key everytime.

Liked It was a pleasant stay especially if you bring your family. We able to cook light foods and there was cooking hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle available with a few basic cooking wares available too. Hair dryer, Ironing board and clothes iron also available. Spacious studio unit with pretty view of the river. Specific parking lot available in the basement parking for those who rent or drive car so you don't need to pay for public parking.

Disliked During our stay, we unable to use the washing machine. The washing machine was one of the reasons why I chose to stay here but during the initial booking, we weren't informed that the washing machine's water outlet wasn't operational. We were informed when we asked the agent during our stay on how to use the washing machine. It was kind of disappointing considering we didn't bring much clothes because we expected to have a functional washing machine for our stay to reduce our expenses cost. We unable to change unit because every unit was fully booked. I guess the agent or whoever manages the units didn't check the unit before letting the next people booking the unit.
