Liked location

Disliked cleanliness check in check out time

View was incredible and the room was nice.

Great location shame about the lift

Liked The room was gorgeous, clean and spacious and the view from the 40th floor was amazing.

Disliked The lift was a huge problem, there were only 4 and with residents and guests on 53 floors, you could wait up to 10 minutes and then stop in practically every floor going up or down

It’s was all good, would definitely stay at this place again

Liked Great location, beautiful views from the Rooftop.

Disliked Occasionally a long wait for the lift.

Liked Location was okay as we had an event in nearby hotel but still not walkable enough.

Disliked Checking in process with deposits. Hassle and not clear.

Liked Nothing

Disliked To the owner, the service was extremely disappointing. The location was hard to find, and the details provided were inaccurate. When contacted, you were unresponsive and unhelpful. I am a paying customer, not staying for free. This is unacceptable, and as an owner, you should treat your customers with proper respect and professionalism . 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
