Riveria City near KL Sentral with 118 view Sky Infinity Pool by COBNB

Great location, pool was closed

Liked Central location was great, close to KL Sentral station and many options for food nearby. The room was suitable for rest at the end of the day, with decent space and space to store our bags.

Disliked The instructions for key collection and drop off could have been clearer, we had to wait outside in the heat for 15 minutes for someone to drop the key off after messaging them on arrival. Instructions said to call them, which they had disabled on WhatsApp... The pool was closed with short notice after we booked which was very disappointing given it was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation.

1) it was my mistake for choosing the wrong district 2) there is a construction nearby

Liked Price, cleanness of the property

Disliked The area, construction, split system instead of central AC, mattress and blanket were not comfortable to me.

Disliked Place was not ideally clean, elevators were the nightmare, sometimes you need to wait around 10 min, just for the elevator to come, especially if you're on your floor, and not in the lobby.

Simple to stay for one day trip should be fine.

Liked There is no breakfast

Disliked I found hair from the pillow.

Nice stay here and will come back again surely

Disliked Bath towel. The fabric is not good enough not water absorbing well

Disliked Room was way too small, parking was the most inconvenient. Had to drive up 4 floors just to drive back down to exit building.
