Disliked The refund deposit Rm 200 from my credit card, as my previous stay, I got my Refund back in 24 hour. As for my last stay, the payment of Refund is 45 days.. Dislike this methods even in the bank rules, can't they amend this method to others!
Liked The pool is great, and the facilities within the building are really nice and convenient. It’s perfect if you’re staying near KL Sentral and want to use the metro, as it’s in a very good location. Overall, it’s a lovely place at a fantastic price.
Disliked The cleaning staff I requested were really good. They came and did a great job. They truly cared about the guests. The boys were both from India and were very caring and helpful. They even gave me a great demo on how the appliances work in the studio, which was very helpful. Thanks agisn
