Liked Location is perfect
Disliked everything is perfect except the smoke from other rooms was seeping through door gap. since the room is small, it's uncomfortable if we inhale smoke all night.

Liked As always the place ok. I already stayed there for 3 periods and each is 3 weeks.
Disliked Your staff (thin guy) that dutied at 10 Aug Morning around 9am and at 13 Aug Around 8 Am was so rude. In the first day i think he was in trouble. But in the second day, still so rude. No communication skill. No polite. I think your guy need to be evaluted or even executed. And then i often met cockroach also.

Liked Generally all standards were poor for this facility. The room had a terrible smell. The reception area was chaotic
Disliked Long wait for lift. Smelly room Unable to leave luggage after checking out for more than 2 hours Directions on how to get to rooms not easy to understand
