Convenient location and a short walk to KL Sentral

Liked Repeat guest for this property. Location is very close to the KL Monorail, or a short walk to KL Sentral, so it is very convenient for anyone needing to take a train out of KL Sentral. The host personally came to pass the room keys on arrival, even though the room was not ready yet, so that I could store my luggage items first while waiting for the room to be ready, which I appreciated. Room was clean and Wi-Fi was fast enough to watch YouTube on TV without any issues. There is a laundromat in the property that is useful, though I did not use it this time.

Disliked There can be a bit of a wait at time for the lifts in the property. The rooftop swimming pool was under maintenance when I stayed there, which was a bit unfortunate as I enjoyed using it during my previous stay last year.

Be warned that room A-46-08 is infested with bed bugs.

Disliked I considered not writing anything, but after needing two different kinds of medicine, I've come to the realization that an honest review could genuinely help people (esp those with an autoimmune disease). I stayed in room A-46-08 and the right side of my body is covered in bed bug bites. Very disappointing.

Location is strategic to train station. Best for solo and bestfriend traveller.

Liked ROOM: Service is good! Best for solo and bestfriend traveller. The outside view is just so-so due to ongoing construction. FACILITY/IES: Gym is small. Not much equipments but if you are a gym rat , u can modify ur workouts. Stunning infinity pool must during night! LOCATION: Walking distance to KL central station.

Disliked Elevator of the building. Should have more access elevator to avoid long queue.

Disliked the people renting this out knew the elevators are barley working and it took about an hour waiting time to use them. Still, instead of removing the property for some time they still listed it. how much greed these owners must have to dare to rent this out.
