Liked Clean and comfortable room and bed. Tight security.

Disliked To consider replacing the following items: 1) Sofa and carpet old with stains. 2) Living room tv has thin and thick lines on screen display. 3) Torn ironing board cover.

Liked I love it, so clean, very open and inviting space, and many helpful facilities, and the location is good in the centre and close to everything, and the host was kind and very helpful

Liked The unit is bright and quiet. Free parking. I would have given a higher overall rating of 8 if not for the unpleasant incident mentioned below.

Disliked 1) We had to ask security to open the car park barrier as the carpark access card did not work. Similarly, we had to wait for other residents to open the lift lobby glass door as the access card did not work. We were told to report to the management office the following day to replace the "faulty cards". We were surprised to be told that the cards were suspended due to non payments of maintenance fees by the owner. Fortunately, it was resolved shortly after the owner settled the outstanding amount. However, this should not have happened in the first place. 2) There is only one access card to the apartment unit. It would be good to have one more access card as it is very inconvenient if any member of the group is not coming back at the same time.

Liked It a wonderful place. Near many food shops, and amenities. Great value for money. Will stay here if happens to visit. KL again.
