Disliked Take very long time for the reception to understand my requirements. Hotel doesn't have my records when checking in. Cause I booked from third party. Couldn't earn point from RWS Rewards as I had paid so much.
Liked Room is near the elevator

Liked The hotel is in Genting Highlands, the scenic views and food.
Disliked Took 3 hours to check in because the self service kiosk is not working. I booked 2 rooms and cannot check in the 2nd room at the kiosk. I have to get a queue number and wait in line that took an hour. At the counter it took another hour to find the 2nd room. 2 front desk staff were already in front of us searching and opening files while holding our passports but it took the senior staff less than a minute to find it.
