An okay stay, but there is room for improvement

Disliked The stay was okay overall, but there were a few areas that could be improved. I noticed what appeared to be bed bugs and was bitten during my stay. The room also did not have a refrigerator, which would have been more convenient for guests. Additionally, I was asked to provide a photocopy of my IC during check-in, which I found a little unusual and would have preferred to have more information about why it was required. Hopefully, the hotel can improve these areas to provide a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Disliked the corridor have a bad smell. Something like the “foot smell” , I can’t accept it .

Liked Nice and comfortable, spacious room and very cozy

Disliked Hotel must provide coway hot and cold water in every level floor for guest convenience, since there is none in level 3 where I'm staying.
