Reka Hotel Genting Highlands

Liked Nice environment

Disliked Toilet bowl leak. Body shampoo finished never top up

Disliked Arrived at 10pm and was told by the hotel manager manning the reception that there were no more rooms were available to stay. There were more guests facing the same situation. Our queries were not addressed and we were left in the lurch. The hotel manager told us to cancel the booking. I had to book another hotel nearby to stay for the night. Booking.com is also not responding promptly to my queries regarding the refund.
