Regalia Upper View by Willow Trip

Disliked The owner canceled my reservation at the last minute,in the morning of my reservation date without any reasonable cause even though I had booked and paid a week before my stay

Good

Liked Very good

Disliked Nice

Liked Great rooftop pool giving the best views for the city

Disliked Staff were not the greatest to deal with. Very rude and kept me waiting 45 mins to check in. Mentions they will take deposit 7 days before arrival but they insisted cash on arrival when I got there

Disliked Pool is too far from the room, need to go from Tower 2 to Tower 1

I am really not satisfied stay there service and even they don’t have tissue paper at the room .

Disliked Not so

Liked The location

Disliked Lift are super slow. Waiting forever. The hallway of the the building smells bad. We didnt have proper shower (no water) and have to use pail without any proper dipper (theres an old jug). We forward our complaign but no actions taken. Toilet floor super slippery. Stains on the property, bedsheet. Broken furnitures everywhere. Sorry but not recommended. At all.
