Liked Totally different from what we see in photos.. disappointed..

Disliked Not the best environment.

Liked - We booked the place for the rooftop swimming pool amenity. It was indeed a nice rooftop pool with a great view day and night. - The property was spacious and enough for a pax of 5

Disliked - staff was a bit hurried and wouldn’t let me explain why I need some stuff like the dish towel for the kitchen, I find it rude. Told me that this wasn’t a hotel, I was clearly aware of this. - basics were clearly lacking from kitchen stuff to cleaning supplies. They only had one rag that you can use to clean the kitchen and cooking area - water dispenser, we stayed for more than 3 nights so it was expected to have some basic stuff like water, toilet paper, etc though to be fair they provided the tp later on I still find the property lacking - location was a bit far from public transport (PWTC), it’s a 10 minute roundabout walk at best. - unclear about the fees upfront. I thought I was getting refunded the 100rm they asked for at the beginning and I paid by card so I waited for it. Unless you pay for it by cash, that’s when they give it back to you. If not, consider it gone and called as service charge at 50rm a night.

Disliked "Parking has to be paid separately. It should have been included in the hotel package. Even though the parking is chargeable, it does not guarantee safety. My car was hit while parked in the parking lot. I am very disappointed and saddened by this incident."
