Regalia suites best klcc view

Disliked There is no such person in charge to collect the key..also the contact number given by website not active. It was a scammer might be..payment has been made but i cannot stay at the apartment..until today havent receive the refund as amount RM361. Many times dealing with Booking.com company but look like no solution at all. Please Take This As Serious Issue To Refund The Customer Money.

Liked Owner didn't answer my calls to collect keys.

Disliked Have asked for full refund because didn't get to stay although had already paid online. Booking.com customer service did not provide much help. They also couldn't get owner to reply. Terrible experience. Had to look for alternative accomodations in the middle of the night.

Somebody broken my car wiper in the regalia parking box. There is no cctv in the basement parking.
