Disliked internet, wifi, tv cannot use totally. i cannot do my work. so sad. i was scared because electric trap time i chq in. owner need to replace the ripped curtain in the living room causes of a cheap appearance

I have stayed at Regalia Residence before and had a much better experience, but this unit was in very poor condition. The first issue was the strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the entire apartment. The smell was extremely unpleasant and made our stay very uncomfortable from the moment we entered the unit. Out of the three bedrooms, two bedrooms had air conditioners that were not cooling properly. The rooms were very hot and uncomfortable, making it impossible to sleep. My husband, my two children, and I had to sleep in the living hall because the hall air conditioner was the only one working properly. The apartment was also poorly maintained. Several cabinets, chairs, toilet doors, and other furnishings were broken. The kitchen area was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the unit was far below acceptable standards. Another major issue was the carpet and bed area, which had a very bad smell. During our 2-night, 3-day stay, it was extremely difficult to sleep because of the unpleasant odor. Liked The view was excellent, especially the stunning view of the KLCC. The location was also very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay.

Disliked However, Out of the three rooms provided, only one air conditioner was functioning properly and able to cool the room. The television had no sound, the ceiling fan was not working well, and the bathroom door was old and in poor condition.The sofa was also in very poor condition and should be repaired or replaced. Overall, the facilities require better maintenance and improvement.
