Liked ❌ Scam listing – Couldn’t check in, no refund! I booked and paid for a unit at Regalia Suite via Booking.com, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find out I couldn’t check in. The unit didn’t exist or wasn’t available, and there were others facing the same issue that day. I ended up having to find another hotel last minute, which was extremely stressful and inconvenient. Despite reporting it and submitting proof, I still haven’t received a refund. Please be careful – this was a terrible experience. I hope Booking.com takes this listing down and protects future customers.
