Terrible

Liked Nothing to like as we did not get to stay there. No one answered my calls and messages to collect the keys on arrival.

Disliked I have asked for a full refund but there has been no reply from the owner. Booking.com customer support has not been of much help, saying the owner has yet to reply to the cancellation request. Terrible experience and will not use booking.com any more. Had to look for alternative accomodations in the middle of the night.
