Liked Bad customer service.. still waiting for my REFUND .

Disliked Bad customer service.. still waiting for my REFUND . On 21.12.2025 , my family n I already waiting at the building to check in 3pm ,, only get to BAD SERVICE saying the room SUDDENLY got issue with leaking ... Never told in advance .. only pm / notice me when I try to chat asking for the key to go In there .. How many time I call but never answer !!!
