Strategic location with clean facilities, but rude staff

Liked Central location. Adequate and clean facilities

Disliked Extremely rude and unhelpful reception. I asked for an adapter for Malaysia plug from a male receptionist, while he was watching taplet. He looked irritated and just carelessly picked one adapter. It turned out that the adapter was incompatible ( not 3 flat square prongs), so I went to see him again. However, this time he was even more displeased by disrupting his watching tablet and grumpily said “ you need to buy outside “. I didn’t mind buying a new one if the receptionist cared more to look at a few more available adapters behind his desk or nicely said to me.

Liked Super hotel as hostel I can tell you it's not only low budget!! And there is a breakfast and please try and enjoy this too because!?? Even you are in another hotel or hostel just go and visit for feasting your eyes!! 💯🌷🙏 Especially thanks for all stuff and reception which take time for any question to answer! And here one more greetings for this service 🌷🌷🌷

Flooring & shower need repair

Disliked Low pressure water shower. The wood flooring crack, can see thru underneath. Feeling unsaved.
