Disliked rusty kettle

Disliked The overall experience was quite disappointing. The response during check-in was slow, and only later was I given a different contact number for complaints, which should have been provided earlier. The unit was not properly prepared the bathroom area was wet (including the floor mat), the bathroom light was not working, and the floor was dusty and dirty. Cleanliness and basic maintenance need serious improvement.
