Disliked The hotel smell , the elevator smell , the smell of the lobby and the room The staff was very bad They forgot to put many things in the room Like slippers,iron, cold water And the beds was not King bed , it was two twin bed they attached together and it was very hard to sleep on them

Disliked Uncontactable so unable to stay the night. Lost my money. They took my money and made it impossible to get the room.

Disliked Indifferent reception staff. Though we asked for early check in for two out of three rooms two days before checkin , they never cared. And showed us the 9th floor toilet to take shower near the pool and test there. With lot of repeated requests they gave one room half hour before regular checkin
