Liked 4 bed rooms n spacious.
Disliked No wardrobes for 3rooms except master room has. 3 bedrooms mattress have sound n smallest bedroom bedsheet have a smell. The TV channels should at least can watch the local channels.

Disliked Was very noisey and heaps of light around curtain edges.
Liked This is a brand new apartment, it was very clean and the appliances were brand new as well! It is spacious, close to a shopping mall full of nice places to eat, it was walking distance from JB Sentral over a sky bridge (once you manage to find out the directions, which was kind of confusing). The building is huge but there were no queues for the elevators, security was good (although the Nepalese guards did not speak very good English which caused confusion for check-in) and the Wi-Fi was strong. They let me check in an hour earlier, for a small fee. Overall a great place to spend a night in JB, however the entire coast is currently a big building site, so not super picturesque.
Disliked Several things that can be improved: - The name in Booking is "Seine", however the office name and the property name are Xi An, which was very confusing, especially with the guards not speaking English and not being able to show me where to go. - Security deposit is collected in cash, or via some Chinese apps, however they did not manage to work with my European bank card, so I had no choice but search for the office. Eventually I found it, but it was a journey... Also, they allow early check-in for a price, 20 MYR an hour, which was OK for me. When I was checking out however, I had to wait for a long time, as there was only one lady at the office "and she could not go to check my room because nobody will be left at the office", so we need to wait for a colleague of hers to appear (this was well within their working hours). Both ladies were extremely polite and apologetic, so I guess this is just bad capacity management by the bosses and not their fault. - The advertised Netlflix access did not work - it said the maximum of 4 accounts was exceeded. For the price per night I guess they can buy some additional subscriptions. It's not a big deal, but on a rainy evening in JB the
Liked Great space to enjoy, love the simple decoration. Comfortable bed and free Netflix usage which is great!
Disliked Probably need to add 1 more foot mat in the toilet
Liked I like that the development is new and well-maintained.
Disliked Key collection was a bit complicated but still manageable.
Liked clean, easy to accesa and prompt messages and super clear instructions
