Liked THIS IS A SCAM. The owner never texted me or picked up phone calls about my unit number. I arrived at the property and realised I was scammed when the guards told me they never heard of this agency before. I had to get another unit in a different hotel. Spoilt my trip.
Disliked BOOKING.COM has a responsibility to remove such listings from its platform. Your customers expect you to thoroughly vet the listing before allowing them.

Liked This is a scammer type listing, took my booking fees 22 Aug 2025 but never reply till now 31 Aug.
If booking.com about this but they too did not reply me on this. Really bad service

not happy
Disliked i keep calling the number not picking up and i email take long time to reply so we end up booking another hotel, so my money is a waste

Liked We can't contact the person and we waited so long. We sent by email also no reply. Finally we canceled but no refund. We lost money and time.

No respond from property owner
Disliked No reply from staff , need to call booking.com for help but still no reply. Need rebook thru booking.com again, what a hassle. Spoilt my plans

Liked Very bad service.
