Ok , checkin not smooth

Liked Clean and good house

Disliked Check in experience poor, staff not provided quick response, late and slow response , need to contact booking.com , because room not handed over 15:00 hours as per check in time. Overall nice. Only thing, please allow the guest a bit early check in or atleast on time check in. Need to send the unit number in advance, then only the guest can arrange to come over. The remaining thing all nice. Only one toilet in two bed room unit.

Liked Nice sunrise and sea view. Convenient to walk to CIQ and JB Sentral via the CIQ link bridge.

Disliked Many shops were empty or permanently closed at the nearby R&F mall. Problem with the apartment door access. Waited almost one hour to reset a few times but didn’t work. Got moved to another room, could get in, but door access battery was low and door couldn’t lock.

Overall it was a last minute booking, booked and checked in on ithe same day.

Liked Convenient location, many shops, great view. Netflix and YouTube available!

Disliked There's no toothbrush. Haha

Liked None of it.

Disliked Toilet Floor was sticky, water sink hole is spoilt, TV spoilt, No proper guidelines, over charge for cleaning service plus the floor in the unit is sticky.

Good and comfortable place to stay but bit pricey, if you don’t mind the good ocean view from the balcony and master bed

Liked Good place with nice view of the vast ocean! High unit, windy balcony, clean toilets with attractive interior. Spacious master bedroom. Clean and comfortable.

Disliked Living room televisioncame with spoilt screen and we reported to the landlord. The bed mattress is not comfortable and is solid, not bouncy at all, and is probably their way to cut costs. One of the bedroom has mouldy wall, the egg chair has torn cushion. The wifi range is not wide enough and not strong internet.

Unpleasant experience.

Liked There are 3 bedrooms, suit my family members.

Disliked Host not honest. Host's response was slow. Told my family has 6paxs. Consisting of a senior and children. I asked if there are 2 toilets in the apartment. Host replied, Yes. Then I confirmed. However, when reached apartment, there was only 1 toilet. The main bedroom air-conditioning will cannot turn off timer. It keep stopping by itself. Bedroom was so hot. The bed mattress was hard. Check out at 11am. But due to unit no electricity as early as 8am. We have no choice but to exit and return key at 9am.
