Disliked There was no water supply in the unit for approximately 3 hours. During this time, we did not receive immediate assistance, and none of the home owners came down to assist us personally. We were repeatedly informed that the matter was being checked with the building management and that the issue affected the whole building. However, we later understood that the problem was only affecting your unit. This situation caused us significant inconvenience. We needed to use the restroom and had to search for a place outside as there was no water available in the unit. We were also disappointed that essential utilities such as the water and electricity appeared not to have been properly checked before our check-in. In addition, some of the lights in the unit were not functioning properly. We appreciate the offer of a 15% discount for our next stay. However, we do not intend to make another booking after this unpleasant experience, and therefore this offer does not provide a meaningful resolution to the inconvenience we experienced.
