Disliked 1. Rather rundown. Clothesline at balcony old. 2. I am extremely disappointed with how this matter was handled. My family and I were accused of breaking a glass horse decoration, despite the fact that we did not break it. What is even more concerning is that no proper investigation appeared to have been conducted before the staff pointed fingers at us. Instead, I was simply shown a snapshot of the cleaner’s hand holding the broken item as though this was sufficient evidence to establish our responsibility. I strongly urge the management to look into this matter more carefully and objectively before making accusations against customers. Why was a photograph of the broken decoration on the ledge not taken immediately, before the item was picked up? How can a snapshot of a cleaner holding a broken object possibly prove that a customer was responsible for breaking it? To make matters worse, when I sought clarification and tried to address the issue, the staff became unresponsive. This lack of communication, combined with the premature accusation and apparent absence of a proper investigation, is completely unacceptable. Liked Due to the location of the property, is quite difficult to obtain the key card and access card even with the help of the host which already send the guide video thru WhatsApp. Overall of the stay is excellent.

Disliked The fridge is somehow not working. Not cool enough to chill the drinks and the freezer can't solidified the water to become ice. The aircon at the living hall keep turning off every 30 minutes which is quite annoying, One of the light at the bathroom was fused. Overall it is a quite satisfying stay.
